Principal Water Resources Consultant
Adam is a recognized expert in Oregon water rights and water management. His background includes 14 years of working for the Oregon Water Resources Department, where he developed expertise in water rights and water laws, including the development and implementation of statewide policies and programs.
He works with clients to create implementable water management and conservation plans, and has extensive knowledge about producing water rights permit extensions, water rights transfers, water rights applications, and water rights master planning. He works with a variety of stakeholders to evaluate and resolve water resource issues, including providing expert advice to water suppliers, consultants, attorneys, stakeholder groups, and private citizens to identify long-term water supply alternatives.
