Managing Environmental Scientist
Libby specializes in surface water and stormwater projects, such as underground injection control. She helps clients with permit requirements, cleanup activities, and water conservation and management planning. She is experienced in watershed planning, riparian improvement projects, drought contingency planning, and stream restoration planning and implementation. She is also knowledgeable about wetland function assessments and delineation, ESA compliance, and toxics cleanup.
An effective communicator, Libby provides public outreach and education expertise to our clients. She has managed the development of outreach materials for public comment periods, reported stream health data in reader-friendly ways, and developed materials to help improve the success of proposed stormwater management projects. Libby’s work has helped our clients gather information to aid in decision making and has helped the public understand complex issues affecting their health and the environment.
