Ted specializes in groundwater resource development and water rights management. He brings a technical hydrogeology background and a strong working knowledge of state water rights processes and policies. His expertise includes groundwater production feasibility studies, production well installation and testing, and production well performance evaluations. He has worked extensively on the design, testing, and operation of aquifer storage and recovery (ASR) systems, and is knowledgeable about state rules and regulatory polices related to water well construction and ASR.
Ted also has significant experience working with water resource agencies. He is proficient in navigating state processes and policies related to water right applications, permit amendments, water right transfers, time extensions, groundwater registration modifications, and claim of beneficial use reports.
