Jessica has experience in soil sampling, groundwater sampling, construction oversight, and site grading design for environmental remediation projects. In addition to conducting field testing and data collection for complex cleanup efforts, she writes technical memoranda and reports, and is managing a file migration project for the City of Portland. In her free time, Jessica volunteers at the Oregon Health & Science University, where she completes laboratory investigations and performs chemical analyses of contaminated soil samples.
Jessica wrote her master’s thesis on aquifer, storage, transfer, and recovery (ASTR) technology, and is skilled in MATLAB computer programming. She previously worked for the University of Western Ontario in Canada, where she held a number of roles, including lecturer, research assistant, and teaching assistant.
