Adam is well known for his water rights expertise. He helps water users and providers throughout Oregon develop strategies for managing water resources. For 14 years, Adam worked for the Oregon Water Resources Department, where he developed and implemented statewide water policies and programs. He is an expert in Oregon water rights and the administrative rules and processes governing water rights transactions.
He works with clients to conduct water rights audits and due diligence reviews for real estate transactions, and to develop and implement water management and conservation plans, drought contigency plans, and water rights strategic plans. He is highly knowledgeable about water rights permitting, and he provides advice to water suppliers, consultants, attorneys, stakeholder groups, and private citizens to identify long-term water supply options.
