Jon supports groundwater investigations, municipal and agricultural well development, and water supply evaluations throughout the Pacific Northwest. His experience includes well planning, drilling and construction, aquifer testing, groundwater quality and monitoring, water rights permitting, and aquifer storage and recovery. He has extensive experience overseeing all phases of well development, from hydrologic characterizations and well design through construction and testing. Jon brings particular expertise in the Columbia River Basalt Group aquifer system and supporting municipal, agricultural and industrial water users.
