Libby manages and supports environmental projects addressing underground injection control (UIC) and municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) stormwater permit compliance, source control, and cleanup requirements and permitting. She also works on water projects addressing drought contingency planning and water conservation and management planning. She manages projects from the early planning stages and strategy development through implementation and final reporting.
Before coming to GSI, she planned and implemented stream restoration projects, and provided public outreach and technical support for environmental projects. Libby’s work helps our clients gather information to aid in decision-making. She is skilled at communicating to the public about complex issues affecting health and the environment.
