Rosemary is a hydrologist who specializes in strategic and science-based conservation of streams and rivers. Her doctorate research focused on watershed hydrogeologic factors that influence streamflow generation processes in coastal streams. She previously served as executive director of the Siuslaw Watershed Council, where she advocated for water restoration locally and regionally and led the development of the Council’s watershed monitoring program. Her experience includes stakeholder and community engagement, facilitation, watershed restoration advocacy, grant writing, and development of watershed monitoring programs.
