Tim has worked with public and private sector clients to successfully reduce costs, reduce risks, and better manage environmental resources through program and project evaluation, planning, design, and implementation. He is an expert in water resources management and conservation, hazardous waste management, materials management, and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001).

Tim has worked with dozens of water providers to develop water management and conservation plans (WMCPs), which help plan for future demand and satisfy state planning requirements. 

Tim also specializes in helping organizations reduce their environmental footprint and comply with federal and state regulations. He has worked with large and small businesses and governmental entities to evaluate their environmental programs, including solid and hazardous waste management programs. Tim’s efforts have helped organizations navigate the complex regulatory environment, attain compliance, and achieve sustainability goals.
