Tim has extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and policies that govern water resources in the western United States. His water resources work focuses on water supply and water quality issues. He helps his clients develop sustainable groundwater management practices and understand regional groundwater basin characteristics, groundwater basin yield, water quality, and recharge.
His work includes developing and implementing long-term monitoring programs, and evaluating opportunities for conjunctive use and aquifer recharge. He also is experienced in determining causes of water quality degradation, assisting with water rights disputes, facilitating water resource planning, and conducting water quantity and water quality modeling.
