In 2000, our three founders left a large consulting firm to start something different.

The premise was simple: to build a firm with the flexibility to put clients first and focus on what we do best. What began as three hydrogeologists working together in a small house has evolved into an employee-owned firm with more than 75 staff members and five offices. As we've grown, we've kept that small-firm culture our founders created. It's how we stay nimble, engaged and focused on solving your most pressing problems.

Green Team

Our employee-run Green Team promotes conservation of resources in all aspects of our operations. From commuter challenges to group volunteer activities, we foster a culture of environmental stewardship in our company and personal lives.

Wellness Committee

The Wellness Committee focuses on work-life balance and employee engagement. The team sponsors relay races, organizes activity and biking challenges, and hosts potlucks, happy hours, pie-baking contests, ice cream socials, and more.

Safety Committee

We take the health and safety of our workforce very seriously. The Safety Committee meets monthly to ensure that we are complying with state and federal health and safety laws, and are prepared to respond in emergency situations.
